We continue to hope for a cure, but until a cure is found, we’ll continue to raise money for Coulee Region children who need the most with their diabetes care. Generous donations from sponsors, families, friends, and new supporters to this cause have allowed us to raise nearly $100,000 in just the last three years and over $250,000 overall!

All proceeds are distributed between dedicated accounts with Gundersen Health System and Mayo Clinic Health System. Families in need participate in a grant application process for assistance with physician visits, pharmacological supplies, specialized equipment, insulin pumps, medications, childcare, and respite care. Funds are allocated on a “greatest need” basis among the families who struggle to make ends meet, during their child’s fight with this disease.

In our area alone, there are over 200 children regularly in care at local medical facilities that need your help. While monetary donations make the greatest impact, items suitable for our live auction, silent auction, or a door prize item are also helpful. With your help, we can impact the lives of children with diabetes, their families, and continue to fight for a cure.
